Privacy Policy

1. In short

We collect only what we need to run the app: your account details, the child profiles you create, order information when you buy a printed book, and subscription information when you subscribe. We never sell personal data.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

• Account: your email address, name and role.
• Child profiles: a first name, age, avatar, language, stars and play history, and sensory comfort settings — all created by you, the parent.
• Orders: your shipping address and book details, only when you place a book order.
• Subscription: your subscription status and billing confirmations.
• Technical: standard service logs needed to keep the app running.

3. How we use it

We use this information to personalize games, videos and weekly learning plans to your child’s age, language and interests, to track progress, to send service emails such as order updates, and to fulfill book orders.

4. Children’s privacy

Children do not create accounts. Everything about a child is created and controlled by the parent account, and the app has no chat, no ads and no social features for children. You can edit or delete a child profile at any time from the Parent Zone, which removes their stars, progress and plans.

5. Payments and print partners

Card payments for the Premium subscription are handled by our payment provider (Base44 Payments), and book payments by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Printed books are produced and shipped by our print partner, which receives your shipping address only to fulfill your order.

6. Your rights and changes

You can access, correct or delete your data from the app, or contact us for help. If we change this policy, we will let you know in the app.
