1. Who we are

Rainbow Builders Academy ("we", "our") provides learning games, videos and activities for children ages 0–10, set up and managed by their parents or guardians. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Your account

Accounts are created and managed by adults. Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for what happens under your account, including the child profiles you create.

3. Using the app

The app is designed for children to use with adult supervision. Please do not try to break the security of the service, resell or redistribute our content, or interfere with other users.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and printed books

Premium access is a monthly subscription at $7.99 per month, paid through our payment provider (Base44 Payments). The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the Parent Zone: your child keeps full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Printed books sold in our shop are paid for through Stripe and printed and shipped by our print partner. Prices and any taxes are shown at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel it and refund your payment.

5. Our content

Lesson videos and activities are made for educational purposes, with AI-assisted production. Content may be improved, updated or removed over time. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; the content itself remains ours or our licensors’.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and the service from time to time, and will notify you in the app or by email for important changes. Questions? Reach us any time from the Parent Zone.
